Teaching English at Program by the Sea in Bali

Program by the Sea Learning Center

Bali has become a global tourist destination where the knowledge of the English language has become a crucial skill in acquiring employment. With the knowledge and confidence to partake in conversational English with foreigners, the children will have the tools to better enhance theirs and their families future. By introducing creative English lessons, the students thrive in their learning and are only to keen to share with you their knowledge through conversation. It is always worth while to research the latest teaching techniques into teaching English as a second language and apply this to your lessons to keep your students excited in their learning.

We have two learning centers at Program by the Sea located in two different locations. One is located in the coastal fishing village of Tianyar and the other in the coastal fishing village of Seraya. Both centers provide free english classes to the children of the village and other activites such as sport, art, music & dance. At each center you will be supported by the local Balinese founder and their families. English classes at both centers are run from Monday to Thursday, with the option to explore the rest of Bali on your long weekends if you so wish.

Students are placed into 4 groups based on WINS edcucation level: Group A, Group B, Group C and Group D.
